A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Betty was born and raised in the Kensington section of Philadelphia and has resided in the Northeast for over 50 years. She was a 1962** graduate of Little Flower High School. In early years, Betty worked in retail at John Wanamaker Department Stores and as an administrative assistant for Mobile Oil Corporation. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Ruth was a longtime member of The Sons of Norway, Lodge #125 and the former Trinity Lutheran Church. Ruth has been a devoted member of Faith Lutheran Church for the last several years. She was passionate about history and spent many years as a member of the Questers Club. He worked for the Warner Lambert Company until he retired in 1990. A true animal lover, Gordon always had a house full of animals as well as his friends. When she wasn’t spending time with her grandchildren, she was on the phone catching up with one of her sisters. She was a proud grandmother, and she made sure to attend all of her grandchildren’s award assemblies and sporting events.
